ELIGIBILITY

The Michigan Statewide MBDC provides assistance directly to socially or economically disadvantaged individuals who own or wish to start a business with a minimum of 51 percent ethnic minority ownership.

Such individuals racial or ethnic heritage falls under:

• Hasidic Jews
• Native Americans
• Spanish Speaking Americans
• Puerto Ricans
