The Michigan Statewide Minority Business Development Center
(MSMBDC) is required to charge a fee for all consulting services
under the policy of the Minority Business Development Agency.
MSMBDC will bill clients at a standard cost rate of $100.00
per hour at a percentage cost of 10% to 60%, based on gross
receipts of clients.
The MSMDBC sets the fee rates based on the following chart:

Invoice for consulting services is due within 30 days of
the “invoice date”. If invoice is not paid within
the 30 day period; a finance rate on the balance owed of .5%
per month will be charged.
Payment for consulting services should be by check, money
order, or cashier’s check payable to : “Michigan
Statewide Minority Business Development Center”.
