Odd crimes: A thirsty thief, a torch and money

There are crimes of all sorts in any city, such as the Kenmore man who recently tried selling a

On Tuesday, a man smashed a window at the Showbox SoDo in the 1700 block of First Avenue South, climbed on a ledge and stole two bottles of booze from a shelf.
