PREVIEW-ECB meeting may map money mkt, voting changes
FRANKFURT, Dec 17 (Reuters) - The European Central Bank may use Thursday's mid-month meeting to offer some hint of a possible money market revamp and lay out the shape of future changes to its one-country, one-vote voting system.
